This might be my favorite video yet from SHOT Show 2012. We have our Top Product Specialist Steve Ledin talking with shooting celebrity Iain Harrison, who is representing Crimson Trace. Iain and Steve have hunted together before, and it’s awesome to see the two of them talking about some of the great new products at SHOT Show and to reminisce a little about past hunting and shooting experiences.
Iain Harrison won the first season of Top Shot, and he really knows his stuff when it comes to firearms and what works for real shooters.
Steve and Iain talk about the Crimson Trace Rail Master, which is a universal mount laser sight, so it’ll fit on pretty much any firearm with a picatinny rail, and it’s very adjustable for each individual shooter’s preference. The Rail Master is very compact as well, so it fits on about 3/4″ of rail space. Crimson Trace saw a need for a really versatile laser sight, and they’ve made one. Awesome.
The Crimson Trace LightGuard was also shown off, with a few new models of this popular weapon light on display. The most exciting new model of the LightGuard is for a Colt 1911, as it attaches to the trigger guard with no gunsmithing required.
There are a number of new Crimson Trace laser grips out now, but Iain also hinted at some really cool gear they have coming later in the year. Crimson Trace’s SHOT Show display was definitely popular this year, and their new products made quite a splash.
